IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

During your first visit, we will initiate a permanent medical and dental record, and you will also be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire. It would be advisable to bring a list of your medication, if any, at the time.

Though we are a busy practice, we’ll always take time out to talk to our patients. Our staff are well trained to assist you. If you need to speak directly to a dentist, a message will be relayed to them as soon as they are out of their appointments. They will then either have a qualified member of staff return your call, if appropriate, or schedule a time when you can talk to the dentist personally.
